Arnaldo was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He spent most of his childhood living in under-privileged circumstances. But his loving parents and family provided the necessary support to live with purpose. It became evident for people around him that God was working something special for him. He was a leader in the making. When he was 18 years old, God open doors to become a missionary and visit countries in Asia and South America.
After finishing the B.A. in Education, he married and moved to California in obedience to God. While in California he completed his Master in Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary while giving his initial steps as a pastor. He started working as an Associate Pastor in a newly formed church. After two years he got the opportunity to join the Free Methodist Church at Hermon Church in Los Angeles where along with his wife Marisol serve as Lead Pastors. He envisions a church for the nations while serving the city of Los Angeles. He has mobilized groups from different churches in United States and Puerto Rico reaching communities in South America through short mission trips.
Pastor Arnaldo declares that he lives to know God, create value in the world around him by making disciples, identifying and addressing needs, fostering life, personal responsibility and community development through out the nations.
